Smoky Dukka Yogurt Dip with Honey

Makes about 2 cups

2 cups plain greek yogurt

2 tablespoons dukka seasoning blend, plus extra for garnish (we like the blend from Villa Jerada)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 clove garlic, grated

The juice of half a lemon

Salt

Extra virgin olive oil

Honey to taste

Water

In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, spices, garlic, lemon juice, a glug of olive oil, a heavy drizzle of honey (about a ¼ cup), and a splash of water. Season with salt and mix well. Adjust the sweetness with more honey, and the thickness with water.

To serve, top with more dukka, honey, smoked paprika, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve cold.
